MED in SAHE

The Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) Program admits a cohort of approximately 16-20 students to begin the program each fall. Admission to the SAHE program at Texas State University requires the submission of application materials and an admission interview. 

Now accepting applications for Fall 2025 admission. 

The priority application deadline for Fall 2025 admission is January 15, 2025. The priority deadline is for first-consideration for admission and first-consideration for fellowships, scholarships, and graduate assistantships. 

After the priority deadline has passed, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the cohort is full, at which point the application will close.

Each fall we host information sessions for prospective students to learn more about the profession of student affairs and the Student Affairs in Higher Education Program.

Virtual Information Sessions about Texas State’s Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) Master’s Program

Attend a virtual information session via ZOOM with current SAHE faculty members and recent alumni. Learn more about the program and things to keep in mind when you apply. The sessions will be recorded, and one will be posted on the website after-the-fact for later viewing.
