The Professional Counseling graduate program at Texas State University offers CACREP-accredited concentrations in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC), Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling (MCFC), and School Counseling (SC), preparing students for careers in schools and mental health agencies. Based in San Marcos, and also offering classes in Round Rock, the Professional Counseling program provides licensure and certification pathways in Texas, emphasizing ethical growth and lifelong learning under personalized faculty guidance.
