Second-year and third-year students check-in on Saturday, June 15, 2024 between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
First-year students check-in on Sunday, June 16, 2024 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Please book all airline flights to arrive at Austin Bergstrom International Airport.
If arriving by air, please note
Please try to arrive by 2:00 pm at Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). A Mathworks travel representative will meet your student at the baggage claim area at AUS. Your student will remain with the travel representative until the group departs for Texas State University via charter bus or van.
If your student requires special assistance from the gate to the baggage claim area to meet the Mathworks travel representative, please call our office at 512-245-3439 to make special arrangements.
If departing by air, please note!
Plan to depart between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM from the Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). A Mathworks travel representative will take your student (via bus or van) to the ticket counter at AUS. Your student will travel through security check and to the gate without assistance.
