City Of San Marcos Promotes Mathematics Education

San Marcos, TX - April 10, 2012

San Marcos mayor Daniel Guerrero proclaimed April as Mathematics Awareness Month in San Marcos. The Department of Mathematics at Texas State University and the internationally renowned Texas Mathworks program contribute much time and energy to advancing mathematics education, the foundation for science, art, engineering, technology, business, and much in daily life.
