The Testing Center, Round Rock (TCRR) is in Avery Building, Room 209 on the Texas State University, Round Rock campus located at 1555 University Blvd., Round Rock, TX 78665.

From either direction along University Boulevard turn at the flagpoles and magnolia trees. At the stop sign in front of Avery, turn left to park in the East Perimeter lot. You will need a paid parking permit. The east wing entrance to Avery is on the first level by the glass turret stairwell and elevator. At the second level, turn right and you are at the Testing Center, Round Rock.

Round Rock Campus Parking

To avoid a parking fine, you must either be dropped off or have a current TXST parking permit. Do not park in faculty (red lots), visitor, guest, construction, or maintenance parking areas. Disabled parking is on the East or West side of Avery Building and requires a TXST parking permit as well as a valid disabled permit. You may park in any purple perimeter parking lot, but the East Perimeter parking lot is the closest parking to the testing center.

To obtain a $5 digital parking day pass for any purple perimeter lot on the Round Rock campus, when you arrive, go to aimsmobilepay.com on your computer or smartphone to pay with your credit/debit card and vehicle information. In the app, allow at least a one-time access to your location or you will need to navigate to Round Rock, Texas from Syracuse, New York. Once at the Round Rock Campus in the app, choose any purple lot for this purpose. Your license plate will be on the allowed parking list for that day. Nothing is needed on your dashboard. Note: the digital pass is only good for 12 hours, so make your purchase the morning of your appointment. Any issues with parking, come to the testing center and we will assist you.
