Construction Site Tours

TXST CIM students had the opportunity to visit many different construction job sites, precast concrete plants, aggregate quarries, and ready-mix concrete plants as a part of their coursework in the program.

Whether as a part of a Concrete Industry Management class, or as part of a student organization such as the American Concrete Institute student chapter here at TXST, students have experiential learning opportunities with our industry partners around the State of Texas.

Student Competition Teams

Many of the conferences that we travel to with TXST CIM students provide the opportunity to compete with other students from around the world.  Our students regularly compete (and win) against students in construction science, civil engineering, and other Concrete Industry Management schools.
