What We Do
The Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Program at Texas State University is a hands-on, STEM-based degree that prepares students for a wide range of leadership and technical roles across the concrete productions and concrete construction industry. Driven by industry collaboration and real-world application, the program provides students with a deep understanding of concrete materials, production methods, and emerging technologies—combined with essential skills in planning, coordination, communication, and team management. Graduates are equipped to take on complex challenges, lead projects, and contribute meaningfully to the future of the built environment.
