Accessing and Requesting W‑2 Copies

W‑2s for 2021–2023

If you do not have access to the SAP Portal Employee Self Service (ESS) to print your W‑2 for 2021–2023, please complete and submit the request form below.

Reprints for these years will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your request (depending on the payroll schedule) and delivered via TXST File Transfer, a secure and encrypted file‑sharing system.

W‑2s for 2024 and 2025

Reprints are not provided for 2024 forward, as your official W‑2 is always available online.

Copies of your 2024 and 2025 W‑2 are available electronically through W‑2 E‑Access: https://tim.txstate.edu/w2eaccess.
