Use this form to request your 2025 OBBBA overtime premium amount, if you are eligible.
Only employees who are non‑exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) are eligible to receive an overtime premium and, therefore, may qualify for the 2025 OBBBA Overtime amount. This includes employees who are paid on an hourly basis and are entitled to overtime compensation for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. Salaried exempt employees are not eligible for FLSA overtime and do not qualify for OBBBA overtime. If you are a salaried exempt employee, please do not submit this request or complete this form.
