W-2 Reprint Request

Electronic W-2

Effective January 2021, all employees have a copy of their W-2 available electronically on the SAP Portal Employee Self Service (ESS). See instructions "How to view your W-2". No reprints will be provided to active employees who signed up for electronic W-2 because an identical W-2 reprint can be downloaded from the SAP Portal Employee Self-Service (ESS).

If you don't have access to print your prior year W-2, please complete and submit the below form.

Reprints will be issued within 5 business days after the request was received depending on the payroll schedule. Reprints will be sent to the designated email via TXST File Transfer. TXST File Transfer securely sends files to TXST faculty, staff, students, and those outside of Texas State. Files are encrypted during the upload and download process.

2023 W-2 Reprints may be requested after February 15, 2024.
