The STUDY is hiring for Spring 2026! 

 Applications for Spring 2026 are open through November 14. Tutoring positions are open for ACC 2361 & 2362, ANLY 2333, BIO 1330 & 1331, CHEM 1341 & 1342, MATH 1315 or 1316, PHYS 2325 & 2326, and PSY 2301.

Due to scheduling conflicts, effective Spring 2026, we will not employ you as a tutor at The STUDY if you are also working as a Learning Assistant (LA), Teaching Assistant (TA), Instructional Assistant (IA) or Supplemental Instruction Leader (SI).

The STUDY Tutor

The STUDY Tutors work on a peer-to-peer basis to help students understand course content and develop effective study strategies

Job Overview: You must 
- Have completed at least 24 hours of college coursework
- Be an undergraduate student
- Be available to work  8-20 hours per week
- Have taken the course at TXST and earned an ‘A’ in the course(s) you are applying to tutor
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA 
- Be ethical, responsible, and enjoy helping others

SLAC Lab Assistant
(No longer hiring for Spring 2026)

SLAC Lab Assistants manage the flow of student traffic in The STUDY and refer students to outside resources when needed.

Job Overview:
- Work 8-20 hours per week
- Have a minimum 2.6 overall GPA
