How much does it cost?
This trip costs $6250. Scholarships and Financial Aid are available for qualified students. Cost does not include airfare, rail pass, or personal expenses.

Do I need to be a History major or minor to participate?
No! Registration is open to all students and all majors, you just need to have an interest in Britain, want to travel, and go on excursions to experience it firsthand!

TXST is partnering with Lincoln College for this program. Founded in 1427, Lincoln is one of the 36 colleges that make up the University of Oxford. Located in the heart of the city, the college is known for its strong academic tradition and close-knit community.

Course Details
This course examines the concept and history of “Western Civilization” through the study of myth, political symbolism, and historical interpretation from antiquity to the present. Students analyze primary and secondary sources to investigate how narratives, legends, and cultural symbols have shaped understandings of European history and its legacy.
