Frontier, Military History
My research interests lie in military history, irregular warfare and the frontier, particularly at the end of the 19th century. I am currently researching the role of Civil War tactics brought against the American Indians of the Southern Plains. I have taught twenty-one years in Texas public schools as well as online courses at the university level.
