Comprehensive Exam Forms
To submit a form, the student should complete all sections except faculty signatures, signature dates, and exam results fields. The student should then email the form as PDF to HistoryMA@txstate.edu for electronic circulation for faculty signatures.

- must be submitted in order to receive departmental approval to register for HIST 5388: Comprehensive Exams

Thesis Forms
To submit a form, the student should complete all sections except faculty signatures, signature dates, and exam results fields. The student should then email the form as PDF to HistoryMA@txstate.edu for electronic circulation for faculty signatures.

- Must be submitted and approved before signing up for Thesis B

- Note that thesis students must submit the comprehensive examination form, as the oral thesis defense doubles as the comprehensive examination.
