BAMB 2025

Kickoff for the November 22nd game is projected for 6:00 PM.

Please review all information on this website carefully, and make sure you provided your most frequently used email address on the registration site to ensure you receive all infomation in a timely fashion.

TIMELINE

TIMELINE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

9:00 AM - Check-in begins at North End Zone near Gate 6, UFCU Stadium

9:30 AM - Music Rehearsal in parking lot

10:00 AM - Rehearsal w/BMB

11:00 AM - rehearsal ends/move vehicles

12:00 PM - Lunch at University Events Center - Castro Room

1:30 PM - break/free time

4:45 PM - BAMB meets Dr. Beatty at BMB trailer/get instrument

5:00 PM - Enter Stadium via Gate 1 (BAMB seated in section 113)

5:45 PM - BMB Pregame!

6:00 PM - Kickoff – Go Bobcats!  Beat the Warhawks!

7:45 PM - Halftime w/BMB

9:45PM - Bobcats Win!

GENERAL INFORMATION

1.) All members who participate in BAMB MUST fill out the online registration form. There is no on-site registration. Due to ordering food and clothing, this portal will only be open until NOON on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13. 

2.) There is a $50 fee for Alumni Band members. This includes game admission, BAMB apparel, and the meal. 

3.) A catered lunch will be provided. You may bring non-BMB alumni guests (spouses, friends, etc.) to the luncheon - the cost for those guests is $25 per person.

4.) Additional game tickets for family, friends, and guests can be purchased through TXST Athletics. CLICK HERE to purchase guest tickets.

5.) All BAMB members who register by the deadline and perform with us will receive official BAMB apparel to wear at the performance. This will be your uniform for the game - please wear dark shorts or pants. You may also bring a rain jacket in the event in inclement weather.

6.) Music is available on this website  - please print off what you need or view the music on your phone. (we will not print music in advance)

7.) You will receive a MORNING PARKING PASS via email. THIS PASS IS ONLY GOOD FOR THE MORNING REHEARSAL. You must move your vehicle once rehearsal is over.

8.) Due to the necessity of ordering meals and clothing, NO REFUNDS will be given after NOVEMBER 13.
