Anthropology Faculty Funding Request

This form is for faculty in the Department of Anthropology to request funding of $200 or less for activities in class (for example a guest lecturer, food related to a class topic, supplies for an activity, etc.). If funds of more than $200 are requested, or if funds are requested for a scholarly activity outside of class, then please make an appointment to discuss with the department chair.

All requests must be made at least two weeks in advance.
