CSM History
2006
The Construction Advisory Board (CAB) was created and consisted of representatives from the Construction Industry, whom provide guidance to the program.
Construction Career Fairs began. Two fairs are offered yearly with Fall 2022 hosting 150 employers vying for students for internships, summer jobs, or full-time employment.
2013
CSM Program received accreditation through the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE). At that time, the Program was only the third in the state and the seventieth in the nation to receive this accreditation.
2017
ACCE re-accreditation.
2020
566 majors, 13 dedicated Faculty (3 tenured, 2 tenure-track, 3 professors of practice, 1 senior lecturer and multiple lecturers).
