Appointment Policies

Appointment Scheduling

Success Coaching is open for appointments Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
When you schedule an appointment through EAB Navigate, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the initial appointment intake form. Please fill out the form!
Initial Success Coaching appointments last up to 45 minutes. Follow up appointments last up to 30 minutes.
Coaching appointments take place in person on the 2nd Floor of Commons Dining Hall or virtually via Zoom.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through the link in your confirmation email or by calling us at 512.245.5102.
Please contact us as far in advance as possible so that we can make an effort to offer the appointment time to another student.
Students that cancel their appointment three or more times consecutively will forfeit their right to meet with a Success Coach before meeting with Success Coaching leadership.

A 10 minute grace-period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment was scheduled, you will need to reschedule.

Students with three No-Shows will forfeit the right to schedule appointments until they talk with our Success Coaching leadership.
