The Committee is composed of faculty, staff, and students from across campus to ensure that projects are evaluated from a holistic perspective. Committee positions become available as current members graduate or step down, and the body includes 11 individuals: a student chair; representatives from Facilities and Housing & Residential Life; faculty from Agricultural Sciences, Biology, and Geography and Environmental Studies; and five student voting members. 

All members of the campus community are invited to attend committee meetings and participate as non-voting contributors.
