Parking is available in Commencement Lot D (P-9) for staff and faculty assisting with the commencement ceremony. Please see the parking map on the Directions, Parking, and Seating website for other parking recommendations.
Faculty participating in the commencement ceremony should arrive one hour early, carrying their academic regalia. In Gym 101, a robing area is available and faculty may greet their students. From there, faculty will participate in a formal processional and be seated in faculty seating. For faculty rental regalia, please visit the Herff Jones website.
Staff participating as greeters (ushers) should sign-up using the Registration Tool.
