Built Ready

We prepare students to become the next generation of construction professionals—technically capable, business-minded, and ready to lead from day one. Our program combines construction technology and project management with hands-on learning, industry engagement, leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Students learn how projects are planned, estimated, scheduled, financed, and built while developing the professional skills needed to work effectively with owners, designers, subcontractors, and project teams. A construction management degree is more than learning how to build; it is learning how to manage the people, resources, risks, and decisions that make successful projects possible. At Texas State University, our goal is simple: graduate construction professionals who are Ready Day One to contribute, lead, solve problems, and create value for the industry.
