We are pleased to announce that Dr. Fidelis Emuze, Professor of Instruction, has been awarded $28,438 from National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health through a sub award from The Center for Construction Research and Training for the project “Improving Frontline Safety Decision-Making Through Micro-Interventions in Small Construction Firms.”

They discuss where they grew up and how they became interested in the construction industry, the creation of the CIM Program, and how the program sets up students for a successful career after graduation.
