As defined and established by the Rules and Regulations of the Regents of The Texas State University System, the Planning Committee is concerned with the development of a 10-year University Master Plan and functions in an advisory capacity to the Board of Regents when the University Master Plan is under review and update. This Committee is approved by the Chancellor or his/her designee.
