IceWind is an extreme energy solution provider of microgrids featuring our international patented micro vertical axis wind turbine. Originally focused on fluorescent indicator manufacturing, ION Biosciences' broader mission is to provide complete solutions to the ongoing challenges faced by life science investigators. Varian Medical Systems has joined STAR Park to undertake product integration studies involving microspheres used in drug delivery. Varian was attracted to Texas State by the availability of state of the art private chemistry labs, the ability to pursue collaborations with faculty in the Department of Chemistry/Biochemistry and access to students in order to create a talent pipeline for the company.
