If you are having trouble uploading a paper:
- Make sure that your uploaded document is a Word document.
- Download your paper to your computer's desktop. OneDrive documents and Google Docs do not work.
- Try using a different browser. Our system is not always compatible with Google Chrome, so try Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari as alternatives.
- Clear your browser's history, cache, and cookies. Doing this may remove any saved passwords.
- If all attempts are unsuccessful, email the Writing Services Coordinator, including your name, NetID, a detailed explanation of your submission problem (including steps taken and error messages, if any), and a screenshot (including web address). Also send the name and number of the course, the professor's name, the prompt for your paper, and any information about the style guide you are using.
