Meeting called to order at 4:00.

 

Development Leave Applications: Candidates reviewed at this session for Development Leave were:

·         Dr. Ben Zahn, Geography

·         Dr. Roseann Mandziuk, Communication Studies

·         Dr. Paul Kens, Political Science

·         Dr. David Easter, Chemistry & Bio Chemistry

·         Dr. Keith Winking, Music

·         Dr. Barbara Trepanier, Sociology

The Senate will make recommendations at the next meeting.

 

Informational Items: 

·         Mace Bearers: Senators Feakes, Weill, Hindson and Sorenson agreed to be Mace bearers for the various spring graduation ceremonies.

·         Dean and Chair Ranking:  There was a brief discussion of the opinion survey of academic administrators.  The report will be finalized at the next meeting.
