The My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) Scholarship Program
The My Career Advancement Account Scholarship Program (MyCAA) is a workforce initiative for spouses of active duty service members developed by the Department of Defense's Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) program. It provides up to $4,000 in funding to pursue career training or certifications that are portable and can move with you across multiple moving stations. Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)
The Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) is a workforce initiative designed to help job seekers secure the employment, education, training and support services necessary to succeed in the labor market and to match employers with the skilled workers they need to compete in the global economy.
