Grader Application


Important Information

Now accepting applications for Spring 2022



Have you previously worked on campus? *
Are you currently working on campus? *

If no, please have your I-9 documentation (birth certificate and social security card, or passport, etc.) in your possession when you fill out the paperwork for hire in the chemistry office.  If you do not have this documentation, you will not be able to complete the paperwork and will therefore be ineligible for hire until it is provided.


Undergraduate students: If at anytime you hold more that one position on campus, you are restricted to 25 hours per week cumulative of all positions while you are taking classes.


Grading experience


Have you previously graded for the chemistry & biochemistry department? *
If so, what classes have you graded?

Schedule

For each day of the week, please list all times other than class that you are NOT available. 

Please DO NOT include the times that you are in class.

Your most current class schedule from SSB will be used at the time of scheduling.


References

  1. Fill in the top part of the reference form and give to a Chemistry & Biochemistry faculty member
  2. Return it to the department office CHEM 238 or email it to chem_biochem_lab@txstate.edu

Submitting Application

You may submit this application after checking to insure all the information has been entered correctly and completely.

Undergraduate students taking classes may only work 25 hours per week or 40 hours per week if not taking classes. This is cummulative of all campus jobs.
