Jasmine M. Henderson is a Multidisciplinary Designer from Houston, TX. She received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design from Texas Tech University in 2019. Currently, she lives in Washington D.C and is a Graphic Designer for a local university where she focuses on branding, web and animation. Jasmine also volunteers and contracts with nonprofits in the DMV area to help local organizations brand themselves with quality designs. She is inspired by her deep southern roots, print textures, typography, and history. Her inspiration is apparent in her design work entitled, The Hurricane Project and Culture & Color which centers around the importance of diversity, individuality, culture, and visual storytelling. Jasmine's goal is to continue exploring different mediums in design and tying them into black culture.
